Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Somerset House boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location or contact our concierge team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
